Jeffrey Field
Dedicated on Sept. 29, 1972, Penn State's soccer stadium was named in honor of the late Bill Jeffrey, the Penn State men's soccer coach from 1926-52.

Regarded as one of the finest grass surfaces in the country, Jeffrey Field was refurbished in 1978. New bleachers with a capacity of 3,500 were added along with fencing and an adjacent practice field. New lights were added prior to the 1996 season.

This spring 2004, Jeffrey Field was refurbished for a second time. 5,000 new seats have replaced the old bleachers. Also, a new grass surface will is in place with in-ground drainage and watering system.

With "Little" Jeffrey (men's soccer practice field) located directly next to the stadium, Penn State has one of the finest soccer only facilities in the country.
